Toddlers on the Move!

With support from their parent or caregiver, your little one will build confidence and coordination as they explore the exciting world of movement and early gymnastics.

​

We’ll focus on essential skills like jumping, swinging, balancing and strengthening fine motor control. Our goal is to help your child feel strong, capable, and full of joy as they move their bodies and discover what they can do — all while having tons of fun!

​

The caregiver must remain on the floor with their child during this session.

Tumble Time for Littles!

This fun, hands-on class is designed for littles aged 5-6 to explore movement. With soft mats and safe equipment (bars, beams, and more!), we’ll practice jumping, swinging, balancing, and building those all-important motor skills.

​

It’s all about confidence, coordination, and FUN — one tumble at a time!

Little Athletes, Big Moves!

​

Whether you're brand new or already love to flip, we start with the basics and build up — always keeping it safe, exciting, and super fun! Our awesome coaches work one-on-one and in groups to help little athletes learn cool skills like rolls, handstands, cartwheels, walkovers, swings, vaults, and balance moves.

​

From bars to beam, floor to vault — every class is packed with energy, encouragement, and nonstop movement to keep your child learning, laughing, and loving gymnastics!
 

Intermediate Level

​

This class is for young gymnasts who already have solid basics and are ready for more challenge in a safe, confidence-building environment. Kids should come in with steady forward and backward rolls, beginning handstands and cartwheels, and the body control needed to start learning bigger skills across all events.

​

Our coaches blend individualized instruction with dynamic group work to help athletes strengthen those foundations and progress into walkovers, stronger bar swings, early casting, beginner vault approaches, and improved balance and control on beam.

​

From bars to beam, every class is upbeat, skill-driven, and designed to keep kids learning, growing, and moving forward.

​This class is perfect for preteens who are excited to dive into the world of artistic gymnastics! Whether you're just starting out or looking to build on what you know, this class will help you master the fundamentals — and have a blast doing it.

​

We'll work on core skills like rolls, handstands, cartwheels, walkovers, swings, and balances, while introducing proper technique to help you grow stronger and more confident on every event: bars, beam, floor, and vault! ​

​Intermediate Level

​

​This class is for athletes who already have strong fundamentals and are ready to level up with confidence. Participants should have: solid rolls, controlled handstands, consistent cartwheels, and the strength and body awareness needed to train more advanced skills across all four events.

​

Gymnasts will build on these foundations with advanced fundamentals—cleaner handstands, sharper cartwheels, round-offs, walkovers, stronger bar swings and casts, improved beam balance, and more dynamic vaulting—all developed through proper technique and focused conditioning.

​

With supportive coaching and intentional training, athletes will see real progress and feel proud of their growth.
