Our Program

Tumble Time for Littles! 

This fun, hands-on class is designed for littles aged 4-6 to explore movement. With soft mats and safe equipment (bars, beams, and more!), we’ll practice jumping, swinging, balancing, and building those all-important motor skills.

It’s all about confidence, coordination, and FUN — one tumble at a time!

All gymnasts are required to have an active Gymnastics BC insurance and membership, which provides coverage for the year. A $51 annual insurance fee applies to all new gymnasts registering with Arrow Lakes Gymnastics. If you were enrolled in our Fall 2025 or Winter 2026 program this fee has already been paid and does not need to be paid again for the Spring 2026 season.

Classes run weekly on Wednesdays from April 1 to May 27.

Participants must meet the group’s age requirement at the start of the program.

Little Athletes, Big Moves!

​Whether you're brand new or already love to flip, we start with the basics and build up — always keeping it safe, exciting, and super fun! Our awesome coaches work one-on-one and in groups to help little athletes learn cool skills like rolls, handstands, cartwheels, walkovers, swings, vaults, and balance moves.

​From bars to beam, floor to vault — every class is packed with energy, encouragement, and nonstop movement to keep your child learning, laughing, and loving gymnastics!

Flip into confidence! 

​This class is perfect for athletes who are excited to dive into the world of artistic gymnastics! Whether you're just starting out or looking to build on what you know, this class will help you master the fundamentals — and have a blast doing it.
